Red Line Engineering Services Personnel possess extensive Delay and Disruption Claims experience providing Technical, Programme (utilising MSProject and PrimaVera) and Contract Responsibility analysis and reports.
Experience includes the provision of Witness Statements and Expert / Factual evidence for use within Mediation, Adjudication and Arbitration hearings.
Experience also includes the development of Strategy with Defendant, Plaintiff , Legal Representatives and Counsel including training in Specific Contract and Technical deliverables.
Senior Project Management experience within Rail both under and over ground, Defence , Airport and Petrochemical Control Systems backs up this experience in litigation.

Tasks undertaken include;

Detailed analysis of Points of Claim,

Determination of Defence strategy with legal representatives and counsel,

Preparation of detailed defence,

Analysis of Contractors Programmes and WBS,

Provision of Strategy and Technical Support to the Expert team,

Determination and analysis of “Critical Path” Programme Data,
Ÿ
Determination of responsibility and duration of delay or disruption compared with the responsibilities detailed within the Contract,

Analysis of Contract clauses to determine “obligations” and provide details of risk against obligation.

This includes, when necessary, the undertaking of Site Survey to determine the exact circumstances and if necessary check the status of works claimed by either the Contractor or Client.
